Pepe and Lola's villa is the ideal place, close to the sea where you can go swimming, snorkelling and enjoy the best sunsets. And surrounded by the oldest mountains of the island, which you can walk through enjoying the local flora, its geological wealth and emblematic places.

The Villa has two different accesses. The rear access, to access via a ramp and the front access via stairs. Both accesses with the possibility of free parking outside.

The whole villa is on the same level, so it is ideal for people with reduced mobility.

Its terrace with stunning views of the sea and the valley of La Aldea, has a dining area under a pergola, a swimming pool (heated from 1 November 2024) and a pleasant outdoor seating area to contemplate the wonderful environment that surrounds it.

Inside the house there are three bedrooms (two doubles and one single), one of them with ensuite bathroom, and another bathroom next to the other two bedrooms.

There is also a spacious living room with work area and a very well equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating.
