The whole house is on one level, with a large kitchen and living room, an en suite bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom, the second bedroom also has two single beds, the third bedroom has two separate single beds and the fourth bedroom has three separate single beds. Another bathroom is located in the corridor to serve the rest of the bedrooms.

In the pool area (children and adults) you will have another bathroom, a lounge area with armchairs, a room with another fridge to keep your drinks cool next to the bathing area, barbecue, stone oven, another kitchen and dining area under a covered terrace.

The house Paralelo 28º is a renovated old Canarian house (hence its outstanding layout), located 5 minutes walk from the ocean and surrounded by volcanic mountains that you can walk through.

The entire property is distributed on the ground floor. To access its private terrace with barbecue and outdoor shower you will have to go out through the living room of the house and go down three steps. The jacuzzi and solarium area is located on the top floor, above the house.
